About Sparks

Sparks is a patient advisor, loyal confidant and skilled negotiator with a highly intuitive sense of all matters real estate. He bought his first property in 1989 and brings 3 decades of experience to the table as a real estate buyer, seller, and investor. Sparks has an exceptional understanding of the inner workings of the business and with regard to real estate contracts and timelines, his intricate knowledge is unsurpassed.

Sparks is a California native and moved to Venice, California in 1995. Though he has had other careers, he’s always had an innate sensibility for real estate.

The son of a real estate broker and developer, Sparks has a discerning eye for architectural detail and design and his extensive background in construction provides him the vision to see the highest potential in any property. He has also designed, built and remodeled numerous properties in the Venice and Los Angeles area. This expertise and perspective have proven Sparks to be a valuable asset to his clients as well as a new construction specialist.

With a diverse client list that ranges from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers, investors, and developers, Sparks handles a broad array of needs for his clients that includes single-family homes, condos, duplexes, multi-family, investment properties, leases, 1031 exchanges, and new construction as well as vacation properties and second homes.
