Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, with concentrations in Real Estate Studies and Finance. He later returned to his home state of Colorado, where he worked as a Client Associate at UBS in Denver, before relocating to Brooklyn in late 2024 to continue his commercial real estate career in New York City. During his first year as a registered New York Real Estate Salesperson at TerraCRG, Spencer earned the firm’s “Top Caller” award, underscoring his work ethic, persistence, and commitment to client service.

Outside of real estate, Spencer enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with friends and family. He grew up playing hockey, golf, and skiing in Colorado, interests he continues to pursue in New York.
