After studying Accounting and Economics at Santa Clara University, Spencer joined KPMG as an Associate before transitioning to the world of legal finance. For nearly a decade, he thrived in the world of finance as an analyst, honing his skills and gaining invaluable insights into data analytics and client relations. However, a passion for real estate and a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives led him to make a career-defining move to join Compass.
