Spencer Ruskin

Born in Woodland Hills, Spencer was raised in Redondo Beach and developed an early fascination with real estate. His father is an architect and taught him about home design and construction at a young age. He went on to earn a degree in communication studies from the University of California, Northridge and worked in sales for several years, helping his prior team reach a yearly benchmark of $51 million in transactions.

Spencer started work as a full-time agent in 2019, and he primarily serves the Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Calabasas areas. His success as an agent is attributed to his exceptional communication, as he understands that true connection with his clients comes from listening, rather than talking, and asking the right questions. Spencer resides in Woodland Hills with his wife, Lauren, who works as a teacher at Lindero Canyon Middle School. He is a member of the Boy Scouts of America, previously having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and he is involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and the Walk to End Alzheimers. He has a passion for cars, cooking, and his dog, Kramer, and in his free time he is involved with the young adults program at Valley Beth Shalom and volunteers with Food Forward.
