Stacey Cohen

Stacey Seymour Cohen has lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. Stacey began her real estate journey in 2017 as the owner of a staging business. She enjoyed working with homeowners to help them with the visual merchandising of their homes, but she wanted to be more involved in the home selling and buying process, so she became licensed in 2019. Stacey’s passion for helping people, her desire to build lifelong relationships with her clients, and her commitment to serve as a resource and consultant before, during, and after a transaction is what clients have come to appreciate most.

Known for her honest and ethical approach, Stacey is driven by the belief that communication and transparency are integral to a successful real estate transaction. Stacey currently resides in Waxhaw where she has been raising her 4 children. When she’s not helping her clients, she enjoys working out, reading, and spending time on the golf course.
