These are our core values and the driving force behind everything Stacey does. She is the co-founder of King & Edge Real Estate, a team in the Boise, Idaho metro area.

 From first-time home buyers to commercial investors, land & development or luxury estates - she’s done it all & everything in between. Her experience and strategy in the luxury space is accompanied by a wide range of knowledge in all price points & types of properties. 

As a predominately referral-based real estate team, the client experience - and client relationships - are at the center of what Stacey & her team do. She prides herself on being a market expert and is straight forward in her approach to advise her clients properly, based on their wants & needs. Each real estate journey is unique and she loves catering her approach to best serve our client.

She believes in not just selling homes, but helping to create safe homes in her community. She and her team do this by giving back to local organizations they care about. They are proud corporate sponsors of the Women’s and Children’s Alliance, which supports survivors of domestic abuse, and their local chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. A portion of every commission is donated to local charities doing healing work in our community.

When Stacey isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband, son, and mini-schnauzer, eating on a patio at a local restaurant, reading, spending time at her cabin or camping & paddle boarding in Idaho’s mountains.
