Stacey Kolmer has been a real estate agent for 27 years in Hoboken. She chose to begin her career in her hometown of Hoboken where she was born and raised. She also holds her Broker’s license since 2008. Stacey services all of Hudson County and specializes in may facets of the market such as first-time & seasoned buyers, sellers and investors. Stacey’s knowledge of the local market and her expertise in negotiating, marketing and building relationships has led her to be one of the top agents in the area with accolades such as the Million Dollar Club with RE/MAX and Triple & Quadruple Gold with Keller Williams.
Stacey has also received NJAR’s yearly award into the Circle of Excellence and has also achieved the high honor of receiving that award for 10 consecutive years bringing her into the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. She has recently been inducted into the New Jersey Associations of Realtors Quarter Century Club for 25 years of service to the industry. She has also consistently been recognized by Real Trends for being in the top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide. Stacey & her husband Rich Turnbull are a husband and wife team and have enjoyed working together for 13 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her entire family, is the proud mom to one daughter and three step children, dog mom to Brooklyn, Cody & Jersey and loves spending time with her longtime friends doing things such as traveling, relaxing at the beach, reading and just enjoying everything life has to offer.
