About Stacey

Stacey LaBarge is a licensed real estate broker and co-founder of Dwell Collective SLO, a Compass real estate team serving buyers, sellers, and investors across San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast.

Real estate is Stacey's third start-up. She first came to San Luis Obispo to study architecture and business at Cal Poly. Licensed as a broker since 2012, she founded Dwell Collective in 2021 alongside business partner Jensen Lossing with one intention: to do real estate differently, with real preparation, real client education, and a real strategy behind every decision.

At Dwell Collective, that means clients come prepared before they ever tour a home, sellers approach pricing as a strategic marketing decision, and whether you are buying your first home, your next home, an investment property, or relocating to the Central Coast, you get the same rigor and care from a team that genuinely knows this market.
