Stacey Loehrs

Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Stacey has called Delaware County home her entire life. Her deep roots in the community and genuine desire to help others naturally led her to a career in real estate.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the industry, Stacey is known for her dedication, clear communication, and commitment to creating a fully personalized and supportive client experience. With a background working closely with local investors, she brings strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a calm, problem-solving mindset to every transaction. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer or coordinating a complex renovation loan, Stacey thrives on educating her clients and making their goals a reality.

She joined the Q&U Team at Compass to collaborate with a like-minded group of professionals who share her drive to deliver exceptional service and results (& who have fun while doing it!).

When she’s not working, Stacey enjoys trying out new restaurants and local coffee shops, and going to Phillies games. She’s a proud mom to her son, a Drexel University student and active member of the local theatre scene, both on and off stage. His love for the arts has made attending performances a regular (& favorite) part of her life. 

Stacey has earned her certification as a Military Relocation Professional, committed to proudly assisting current and former military service members with expertise and care in their relocation needs.
