She said, “The time is right to sell it.” Her analysis was spot on with what she thought it could sell for, even as a rental. She worked with me renter and new byers and made it work. Then we decided to buy a new build house. Stacey was there every step of the way and had to sell, yet another house. She had to sell 2 houses and help us buy a new one. She never left our side. Stacey "bulldogged" her way through it all. She timed it so perfectly. We sold the rental, sold the one we are living in so we qualified for the new one, and didn't have to move out until the new one was ready and closed.
