Patrice is very experienced and highly skilled in all facets of buying and selling homes, from inception through negotiation and closing. Her years of real estate experience in greater Rhode Island and ongoing understanding of real-time market conditions allows her to bring a depth of expertise for both the primary residence and vacation home markets. As a high-energy mother of 3 adult girls, Patrice can appreciate the dream of making memories with those we love. Over the last 35 years, she has lived in South County and is currently a resident of Charlestown, RI. She has seen firsthand how special it is to have a beach house, where friends and family can gather to build strong bonds, and the fun atmosphere it provides for all ages. In her free time, Patrice enjoys all this special community has to offer including the beautiful beaches, hiking the many state parks, tennis, golf, boating, biking, and spending time with her family and friends.
