We worked together for nearly 6 months from start to finish and had to deal with a water heater leak, mold remediation, a minor remodelling all to get the place in tip-top shape. He had some great ideas for remodelling and hired a high-end staging company. My place hadn't been upgraded in 18 years and the contractors he got were top quality. As I live 3 time zones away, he was extremely helpful in being at the condo to deal with contractors etc. He gave good advice on pricing the property and it generated a ton of interest in a hot market. We found a good buyer very quickly and closed with no hassles.
