My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stacie in finding our first home. She is knowledgeable and excellent at explaining real estate concepts to newbies like us. We started out going to tour houses with a couple of realtors, but many of them hesitated or gave us a very vague "it depends" when we asked for their opinion, and it is frustrating for inexperienced first-time home buyers to hear that. Stacie, on the other hand, gave honest, detailed, constructive feedback even though some of them weren't pleasant to hear. We were expecting at the time, so it was a lot of pressure for a nest, not to mention the crazy seller's market. But Stacie didn't rush us into overbidding or waiving all contingencies regardless of the house's condition. For a period of almost 4 months, we toured 3-4 houses almost every weekend.
