About Stacy Joy
Stacy grew up in a small business family in a midwestern town, where she learned a deep understanding of the service industry. She began her career in real estate in 2001 in the Boston area, where she was a sales associate with a top-producing brokerage firm. It was there that she cut her teeth in the highly competitive markets of Brookline, Newton, and Chestnut Hill, and became a skilled negotiator. It was a long way from Minnesota, but Stacy brought her thoughtful service roots to every transaction.
After the birth of her two boys, Stacy’s family moved to Palos Verdes Estates, CA, where she threw herself into the community—volunteering for the PTA, the student arts programs, the local Little League, and more. In 2021, after a decade out west, the Blatz family moved back to Brewster, Stacy's husband's hometown.
Stacy has an appreciation for the quirks and charms of Cape Cod homes. She loves natural light, and is quick to point out which houses get the most of it. As an experienced renovator, she sees potential everywhere.
When she's not showing houses or exploring neighborhoods, Stacy is usually at a baseball field—cheering for her teenage sons or the Brewster Whitecaps. Or at the boutique wine shop where she enjoys working part time, pursuing her passion for natural wine. Or maybe on a walk to the bay with her dogs. And if she's not at any of those places, chances are you'll find Stacy at her favorite place on the Cape—the Nauset outer beach.
