Before real estate, Stacy managed large-scale conferences and events for DāAccord Inc., a boutique financial services firm, coordinating the needs of their clients with precision and care. That experience honed her organization, communication, and attention to detailāskills she now brings to every client and every transaction. She carefully considers each clientās tastes, needs, and goals, whether sheās preparing a home for market or guiding buyers toward the right one. With shifting inventory, fluctuating demand, and unpredictable seasonal swings, real estate is always changingāand Stacy is known for helping her clients navigate it all with clarity and confidence.
Stacy launched her real estate career in 2010 with Vince Sheehan during the turbulent post-recession market. With most sales involving short sales or bank-owned properties, she quickly gained invaluable experience in distressed transactions, foreclosure workflows, complex negotiations, and market recovery trends. Under Vinceās mentorship, that high-stakes environment shaped her expertise in valuation, contract strategy, and client advocacyāskills that continue to define her approach today.
In 2015, she and Vince formally partnered to serve their growing client base, and in 2021 they co-founded lMarinās Finest Real Estate. With heart, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to results, they helped more than 200 sellers successfully close, achieving over $250 million in sales volume.*

A San Francisco native and magna cum laude graduate of Dominican University, Stacy is deeply rooted in her community and knows the Bay Area and North Bay intimately. She supports Okizu, Marin Brain Injury Network, and Homeward Bound of Marin. When sheās not working, youāll find her on the mountain, spending time with friends, or walking her grand-dogsāBanks, Berkeley, and Sonny. She resides in Marinwood in San Rafael and is the proud mom of two grown children: her daughter Shawn, a global brand strategist in Los Angeles, and her son Jake, a recently married firefighter living in Novato.
