Stafford Weber

Stafford Weber is an Atlanta REALTOR and co-founder of Team Stafford & Rebecca at Compass. Stafford grew up in Chastain Park up watching her parents buy houses that needed work and turn them into homes. That habit stuck. She and her husband on their 4th real property in 15 years, and she's lived in Morningside, Chastain Park, Midtown, Virginia Highlands, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Buckhead, so when she talks about a neighborhood, it's usually because she's actually lived there. She believes in the power of buying the least polished house in the best neighborhood, and in what a smart purchase, sale, or renovation can do to build wealth for a family over time.

Before real estate, Stafford spent over a decade in corporate sales and marketing, working with brands like Disney, Coca Cola, and Cox Communications. That career gave her real experience negotiating and a genuine feel for what actually makes people pay attention to a listing.

Today she's a REALTOR® with Compass and co founder of Team Stafford & Rebecca, working alongside her partner Rebecca Kubin across North Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, and neighborhoods like Garden Hills and Chastain Park. Together they've built one of the top producing teams in their Compass office, with more than $40 million in career closed sales and a five star rating from clients on Google.

She's a University of Georgia grad and an Atlanta native who still shows up locally, supporting groups like Christ the King School PVA, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Chris 180 and the Woodward Academy Fund.
