Star Bocasan Little is a seasoned Realtor, real estate investor, and marketing expert with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She works with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to developers—and brings a deep understanding of the real estate landscape to every transaction.
A graduate of Temple University, Star previously served as Vice President of Property Management & Sales for a boutique real estate development firm in Philadelphia. There, she led the successful launch of multiple apartment communities, managed a portfolio of more than 400 residential and commercial units, and oversaw the marketing and sale of new construction townhome and condo projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
In addition to her work in real estate, Star is also an entrepreneur and owner of Little’s Ice Cream & Water Ice, a beloved summer hotspot with multiple locations throughout Montgomery County. Her work as a business owner and investor gives her unique insight into both the residential and commercial sides of real estate.
Star is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the board of Main Street North Wales and is a member of the North Wales Borough Planning Commission, where she helps shape the future of her hometown.
She lives in North Wales with her husband, Michael, and their three children.
