After studying marketing and briefly working in corporate life, Steele realized he craved a faster-paced, purpose-driven career, leading him to join the John Marzullo Team at Compass in 2025. In less than a year, he made an impressive impact, closing $9.6M in transactions while earning a reputation for his relentless work ethic and client-first mentality—whether that means answering calls at all hours, fixing last-minute issues, or doing whatever it takes to get a deal across the finish line. About Steele

Steele Hunter Evangelisti began his real estate journey early, investing in stocks for the first time at just 14 years old. He went on to graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, earning summa cum laude honors in only three years. By 20, Steele purchased and fully renovated his first home, followed by a second property at 22.

Today, he is the youngest member of the John Marzullo Team, the top real estate team in all of Western Pennsylvania. The team is responsible for selling 100+ million a year. Over the last year, Steele closed 12+ million in sales over a total of 50 homes putting him in the top 1% of annual sales across the entire country. Recently he was featured on the BiggerPockets® Rookie Show to share insights on real estate investing for young homeowners.
