"Our thoughts around Stefan are nothing but positive. We were introduced to Stefan through an agent who is a personal friend. Our friend told us he wasn’t familiar enough with the area in which our duplex was located to adequately represent us. He also said he would highly recommend a person who was and that was Stefan. We met with our agent friend and Stefan in early May. Stefan looked at the property, made a couple of suggestions for fix up and we formulated a plan to get the property listed before the end of May. We talked listing price, but Stefan wanted some time to look at the market and formulate a marketing plan. In the meantime we were working on the items suggested by Stefan. Stefan got back to us within in a week to discuss listing price and a marketing plan. We agreed to the plan as it appeared to be logical and well thought out. Our collective goal was to have the property ready to take photos on the Monday before Memorial Day and have the listing go live the Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. We collectively met that goal set in early May and the property went live late on the Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. The photos and video of the property and description of the property were excellent. By Thursday of the following week, Stefan had 5 offers for the property and Stefan advised any late comers to submit offers before 5 PM that day. That evening we reviewed the offers and selected one. The following day Stefan advised us we had also received a back up offer on the property for more than the offer we accepted. We were happy with the offer we accepted, but the backup was a comfort if for some reason our contract fell through. From beginning to end Stefan was insightful, thorough, and professional through out the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone who has a property to sell, but with this caveat . You need to listen to what Stefan has to say as he knows more about the market and what is happening in the marketplace than does the client. If your are willing to follow his lead, then we believe you will have a satisfactory outcome.
