Stefanie Ainslie

Raised in Franklin, TN, Stefanie attended Franklin High School and Belmont University where she studied marketing and business administration. Following college, she began working as an administrative assistant/marketing director for a local real estate company, which ultimately led to finding her true passion. Stefanie received her affiliate broker’s license in 2011 and worked as the Lead Buyer's Agent for a top local brokerage. Not only did she provide a high level of customer service to her own clients, but she was also responsible for training many of the incoming new agents. She has an extensive background regarding negotiations and understanding of Nashville's competitive market. Stefanie uses her knowledge and expertise of the local area to help clients find the perfect home to suit their needs. With her professionalism and strong communication skills, she strives to make the process of buying or selling a home an easy and enjoyable one! In the past 12 years, Stefanie has sold over 850 homes, which has paved the way for invaluable experience that surpasses the vast majority of realtors in Middle Tennessee.
