About Stefanie
Stefanie Duch is a Broker Associate with Compass in the Roaring Fork Valley and has been a key member of the Steven Shane Team since 2022. Steven is the #1 Compass Broker in Aspen. As his Licensed Assistant, Stefanie keeps every transaction on track from listing to closing, managing contracts, deadlines, and the many details that matter in Aspen's luxury market.
She also serves as the team's Marketing & Advertising Director. She oversees placements in The Aspen Times, Aspen Magazine, and the Aspen Daily News, and runs Steven's Instagram and YouTube channel, which showcases the valley's most exceptional properties.
Stefanie first joined Compass as an Agent Experience Manager, supporting brokers across Colorado. Before that she worked in New York City's startup and technology scene. Originally from Chicago, she holds a marketing degree from DePaul University. She lives in Basalt and spends her free time biking, hiking, and skiing.
