Stefanie Herdman brings a refined perspective and steady guidance to clients navigating the Texas Hill Country real estate market. A graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Anthropology, Stefanie’s academic background shapes how she approaches every transaction. Her studies focused on human behavior, culture, and social dynamics, giving her a natural ability to guide clients through the emotional and logistical complexities of buying or selling a home. Prior to real estate, Stefanie spent many years in the high tech industry as a Global Marketing Manager and also built experience in the banking sector, developing strong skills in strategy, negotiation, and client service. This diverse professional background, paired with her appreciation for land, culture, and the heritage of Hill Country ranches, allows her to thoughtfully represent properties throughout Lake Travis, the Highland Lakes region, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding Hill Country communities.

Stefanie’s own journey reflects the lifestyle many of her clients seek. After years in the Lake Travis area, she and her husband, her high school sweetheart, intentionally chose a quieter life on twenty acres in Willow City, Texas where wide open skies, privacy, and natural beauty define everyday living. At home she enjoys time on the land with their English bulldog and French bulldog, and when not working with clients you will often find her traveling or investing time into improving their property. Having personally completed six custom home builds and purchased eight homes, Stefanie offers firsthand insight into construction, land evaluation, negotiations, and the deeply personal nature of every real estate decision. She also serves as Vice President of the Fredericksburg Zonta Chapter and as a Fredericksburg Chamber Ambassador, maintaining strong ties within the community she proudly represents.
