Stephanie Besignano has been passionate about real estate for decades. The Staten Island native started her career working as a legal assistant in a prestigious Manhattan law firm specializing in real estate tax reduction.

While starting a family, Stephanie worked in a local law office, assisting in real estate contracts and negotiations, specifically dealing with sellers, buyers and property managers.  

Her enthusiasm for the home-buying process, building relationships with buyers and helping them realize the American dream drove her to sales.

She and her husband Michael traded New York’s cold winters for Florida’s balmy weather 15 years ago, after he retired from the NYC Fire Department. They have two beautiful daughters and are proud to call Tampa their home.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys music, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
