Stephanie Bredahl

Stephanie is driven to provide as a ‘stress-free’ real estate experience as possible. She prides herself on attention to detail and the ability to multitask ensuring a smooth and efficient real estate transaction.

Stephanie’s midwestern values of honesty, dedication and a strong work ethic were instilled in her while growing up in Michigan and attending Michigan State University's School of Hospitality within the Eli Broad College of Business.

After graduating in 2003, she began her real estate career in Chicago, Illinois, with Koenig & Strey, one of Chicago's premier real estate firms, and Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder. Stephanie relocated to the Nation’s Capital in 2010 and after a decade with Washington Fine Properties, she relocated to Compass at the beginning of 2023.

She has worked with the most discerning clients and has successfully executed many complex transactions. Known for her creative strategies and strong negotiation skills, she provides her clients success in every market condition. Stephanie knows what it takes, and she invites you to put her extensive knowledge of the greater DC area and her professional sensibility to work.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie enjoys wine, all things Peloton, spending time with her family, including her yellow labrador Stella, and getting her Jeep Wrangler out on the trails. She is an active member of the Junior League of Washington and living where she works, Stephanie resides in Maryland.
