"With no shortage of friends, neighbors and family members in the real estate field, there is no dearth of people who can simply buy or sell your home for you...fine if you want just an average ho-hum experience. If however you wish to be wowed by a person and team that not only supercede expectations, but set a new bar for excellence in real estate; let me introduce you to Stephanie Cowan and her team. Stephanie recently represented our family as sellers during this very tumultuous time in the North County real estate market and in spite of, the process from our perspective could not have been any smoother or more delightful. You know why? Stephanie is an absolute pro. She not only addressed the pedantic and obvious steps that most can do (listing the home, planting a sign, etc) - but then anticipated and handled all the multitude of minutiae that cropped up along the way. It was evident from the word "go" she was not going to rest until the job was efficiently, seamlessly and professionally done; she wouldn't rest until we were 100% satisfied. From staging to final execution of a contract, she offered pragmatic tips, words of encouragement and absolutely crushed it- both serving as the gentle hand guiding the entire process but also focused on solving the details that can often derail things. Bonus was her talented internal team as well as the impressive array of genuinely talented/skilled and reasonable contractors (painters, electrician, handyman, etc) at the ready for the micro ordels that could have been major holdups had she not been there to handle. She did this with much aplomb and most importantly, without lobbing a heavy burden on us as sellers-super helpful if you have other responsibilities like kiddos or a full time job;-). "I can’t begin to explain how far above and beyond Stephanie goes for her clients.Having worked w another agent first I was shocked when I began working with Stephanie at the complete upgrade in service and knowledge.
