Houston-area native Stephanie Finch and her team have been helping clients achieve their real estate goals for 19 years and sold over 800 homes. Finch Properties Group is centered around customer satisfaction whether it's selling your home for top dollar, discovering the perfect next home and community for your growing family, or relocating to Houston. Her extensive knowledge of Houston neighborhoods combined with her can-do attitude and consistent communication make up the foundation of her approach to create clients and friends for life.

Stephanie believes in continuing professional education as a way to keep herself and, most importantly, her clients informed in an ever-changing real estate market. She has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Her curated team approach is designed to deliver consistency and the very best experience to each client. In addition to team leader, Stephanie is a real estate investor and landlord. She and her team have a wide array of resources and contacts to offer her clients before, during and after the sale.

Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with more than 10 courses in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Both she and her husband grew up in Friendswood and attended Friendswood High School. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, whether it be watching a football game or sharing a good meal.
