A long-time Bradenton resident, Stephanie Leitao brings a passion for all our coast has to offer partnered with extensive professional sales capability. As a Realtor®, Stephanie strives to discover the best home or neighborhood for her customers within all price ranges. Whether assisting from the listing or buying side, she understands the sense of urgency, the importance placed on one of life’s largest transactions, and the long-term interests of those she helps. Stephanie specializes in luxury, waterfront, buildable properties, and single family homes in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Terra Ceia, and Anna Maria Island.

Since beginning her real estate career, Stephanie has helped many first time home buyers as she is backed by a team of local lenders and insurance companies dedicated to helping new buyers navigate the process with ease. Innovative marketing strategies and commitment to always going the extra mile has resulted in many awards and top recognitions in sales contests. Stephanie has more than $16 million in recent closed real estate transactions with Michael Saunders & Company. Originally from New Orleans, Stephanie has a BA from the University of South Florida where she majored in Political Science.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie is an animal and wildlife lover. Married to Jason; together they share 3 children: Hayden (13), Will (8), Chloe (2). She enjoys cycling in her neighborhood, boating, and spending time with her Labrador Retriever, Piper.
