Stephanie brings a deeply rooted understanding of New York City. With generational family ties and a professional foundation in design, she approaches real estate with an uncommon ability to read neighborhoods, buildings, and space beyond the surface.

Holding degrees in Art History and Architecture and having previously served as a Design Director, she brings a design-literate, architectural lens to her real estate practice. Her ability to assess space—light, flow, scale, and structure—allows clients to see properties not simply as listings, but as thoughtfully considered environments.

Stephanie has built a strong, diverse portfolio of landlords, renters, buyers, and sellers. Her practice is informed by a global perspective, having lived in and traveled extensively throughout the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia. This international background allows her to work seamlessly with global and cross-border clients, offering cultural fluency, discretion, and clarity throughout the transaction process.
