About Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie Padesky, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives — buying or selling a home.

I graduated from Augustana College in 2015 and had the incredible opportunity to teach English in Chengdu, China for a year. That experience strengthened my communication skills and gave me a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.

In 2016, I began my real estate career as an assistant, where I gained hands-on experience managing transactions, working closely with clients, and handling contracts and paperwork. I later earned my Master’s degree from North Park University in 2019 and became a teacher, eventually obtaining my Special Education endorsement. Over five years in education, I developed patience, organization, and the ability to clearly explain complex information — skills that now serve my real estate clients every day.

In 2024, I became fully licensed and returned to real estate full-time. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers feel confident and informed, assisting families in finding their dream homes, and helping sellers secure the best possible price for their property. My goal is to make the process smooth, strategic, and as stress-free as possible.

When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my three kids. I’m always learning and growing in my real estate career, and I would truly love the opportunity to help you in any way I can.
