"Working with Stephanie Ronca to sell my house in Paso Robles, CA, was a sincere pleasure. From launching the listing to (early!) close of 30-day escrow, Stephanie provided expert advice and guidance, including correct time to list, correct pricing through comps and discussion, and preps that should be done so that the house showed it's best. She listened to my questions and concerns and was always willing to discuss them.
