"Working with Stephanie Ronca to sell my house in Paso Robles, CA, was a sincere pleasure. From launching the listing to (early!) close of 30-day escrow, Stephanie provided expert advice and guidance, including correct time to list, correct pricing through comps and discussion, and preps that should be done so that the house showed it's best. She listened to my questions and concerns and was always willing to discuss them. By following her guidance, we succeeded in a smooth sale with multiple offers to consider and a final sale over the asking price. Additionally, Stephanie provided contacts so, when needed, i could get work done that the home inspection called for. Beyond her real estate accomplishments, Stephanie's philanthropic spirit finds expression through her board of director role for French Hospital Medical Center Foundation, where she contributes to enhancing healthcare on a local level. Additionally, she serves as the co-chair of French Hospital's annual charity gala, channeling her passion towards fostering positive impact within the community.
Stephanie currently resides in Arroyo Grande, with her husband Sandy Matthews and son West.
