"Stephanie is a very professional person, she identified our needs as a family and we did not waste time, in all the appointments that we went, all the houses complied with our requirements. She is very proactive, persistent and follows up on everything. We strongly recommend her." - Maria
"Stephanie was amazingly prompt, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I recently relocated back to Seattle after a decade of being gone and she was able to help us identify the best neighborhood for all our needs. She also worked within our stated budget and wasn't ever pushy or aggressive on anything outside of that. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and I plan to use her for all my real estate needs going forward." -Emily
"We got an amazing fixer Upper that's increased in value since we bought it 7 mos ago. Stephanie took us patiently thru many diverse options as we were not even sure what we wanted at the time-an investment property that our sons could live in while in University... from Condos to apartments to small lots, we saw the whole gamut. Then happened upon this sudden old style focer Upper that she helped us envision and understood immediately that we could do it.
Stephanie is so approachable patient and fun to work with, and she has a solid background in family contracting which is a plus for anyone who wants to go a little deeper into renovation or additions.
You'll be in good hands.
She is true blue and spunky but not pushy,
Actively patient and capeable of writing up a damned good contract." - Kayla
"Stephanie is persistent. We looked for 5 months in the Seattle market, bidding 6 times and almost bidding more. We felt like giving up, but Stephanie's positive attitude kept us looking. The house that we bought was our 4th and 6th bid. Stephanie put her negotiation skills to the test overcoming numerous obstacles through the bidding and closing process. We highly recommend Stephanie! "
"Stephanie was great through out our whole process. We were first time home buyers and she was very helpful in making sure we understood the process. She helped us find listings and also setup any showings we asked her to. She was very flexible with her schedule and extremely knowledgeable of neighborhoods and the ins and outs of houses. We had to do quite a bit of back and forth with the seller and she handled 90% of it without even need us to get involved and we always felt she was putting our interests ahead of her making a commission. We never felt pressured to skip a step or move forward if we felt uncomfortable, she instead made herself more available to answer questions or talk scenarios through with us. We plan to recommend Stephanie to all of our friends!"
Over the last 15 years, Stephanie has been involved in many real estate transactions in the Greater Seattle area. She takes immense pride in guiding her clients through the process of buying or selling their home, always providing them with a comprehensive understanding of local market values, delivering a high level of service, and most importantly being their trusted advocate.
Born and raised in the Seattle area, she is proud to call herself a true Seattle Native! She attended both public and private schools in and around Seattle and received a Bachelors degree from Washington State University after spending three years at the University of San Francisco. After graduating, she returned to Seattle, worked in both retail and technology for many years, eventually married, and had two children.
Her initial interest in real estate started soon after her marriage to her husband, Matt. Together they bought their first home in 1999 and spent whatever "free" time they had building sweat equity with the help of his general contractor background. In a matter of five years, they had purchased and sold three homes, turning a profit each time. In 2005, she obtained her broker license because she wanted to help others navigate the real estate world and realize their own successes.
She has watched Seattle grow from a small city to a now bustling, metropolitan, international community. All the growth has created a challenging market due to a large buyer pool and a lack of inventory. This is why it is so important to work with an agent who thinks outside the box, is familiar with neighborhoods, transportation, schools, commute times, current market trends, can negotiate a deal, and all that a real estate transaction entails.
When she is not selling or buying real estate, She loves spending time with her family, friends, and her French bulldog, Felix.
