Raised in Hermosa Beach and born to French parents, Stephanie has spent her life traveling between Southern California and the South of France. This unique upbringing coupled with her studies in Art History and Fine Art at the University of California at Santa Barbara has shaped her eye for classic European style—with a twist.

Stephanie began her professional life in Los Angeles working with entertainment greats ranging from Activision to The Warner Music Group and Red Bull Media House. Later, she had the opportunity to move back up the coast where she married Santa Barbara native Jeff Theimer.

Since then, Stephanie has immersed herself in the blended architecture and unique environment of the American Riviera. She decided it was the perfect place to take the creativity, passion, and persistence she gained in the media and music world and transition into a new career in real estate.

Stephanie balances her career with time to pursue her hobbies, which include painting, sewing, discovering new music, enjoying the outdoors and socializing with good friends over a nice glass of Central Coast wine.
