Stephanie Tipton

Stephanie Tipton is based in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains (Serving Knox, Blount, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, and Surrounding Counties) of East Tennessee. The inspiration for Stephanie to start her real estate business is rooted in her own personal experience of relocating as a child. She moved over 8 times across 4 states (Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin and Tennessee) in 13 years. Stephanie has an intimate understanding of the high stakes when it comes to buying or selling. She has perfected the skills of finding the perfect home or investment property. Stephanie has extensive knowledge and experience managing her and her family’s investment properties and what to look for. In addition, Stephanie has been involved in construction management projects, office and home flips, new construction, remodeling, and design management.

Stephanie is a 17-year resident of East TN and loves all this community has to offer. Stephanie is a University of Tennessee Alumnae and was an active member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Team Vols, Clinic Vols, and many other campus organizations. She is an active member of the Maryville Kiwanis Club in Blount County, TN. She is married to Sam, an Army Veteran (75th Ranger Regiment), now Family Law Attorney. Stephanie has 3 children (14, 12, 2 ). In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, camp, and spend time with her family.
