Stephanie White

Stephanie joined Compass in February 2017 as Senior Vice President and is also a Founding Member of the Compass expansion into Northern Virginia. 

Prior to real estate, Stephanie worked in the worlds of hospitality, real estate finance and healthcare. Her unique set of analytical skills gives her the competitive edge in pricing properties and understanding emerging trends in neighborhoods and the local real estate market.

Stephanie understands relocation first hand having moved with her family ten times in the course of ten years. She also assisted many employees with relocations during her previous career with Marriott. After finally settling in McLean for eight years with her husband and three children, Stephanie was intrigued by the urban living trend and convinced her family to move a mere 4 miles to Arlington. With the many stores, restaurants, and bike trails within walking distance, the community of Clarendon/Virginia Square has quickly become a top recommendation.

Stephanie loves gourmet cooking and biking on the many trails throughout Northern Virginia.
