"Maggie put our house on the market within days of us making the decision to sell. Our house hit the market right before Christmas & it still sold for full asking price (with more than one offer) within 3 weeks. We were buying contingent on the sale of our property, so there were lots of balls in the air & she was exceptionally diligent in making sure that everyone was on the same page & doing their job on time - i.e., lenders, escrow agents, inspectors, REALTOR®s on all ends. We were in a 30 day escrow for sale and purchase, so things were all on quick turnaround times. With today's lenders cracking down, it was not an easy feat. Maggie also helped us buy our dream house for less than asking price (& we would have paid quite a bit more than asking price). We were all moved in less than 2 months after we originally put our house up for sale. Everyone says that buying and selling a home is one of life's most stressful events. While I will agree to that, Maggie kept the stress to a minimum by being organized & on top of things. She manages the inevitable fires with grace and professionalism. So yes, Maggie gets it done. But she also makes the process enjoyable. "Maggie helped us both sell our first home and buy our second home - and she was outstanding! In selling our home she helped us in staging it and identifying small areas of home improvement that would go a long way towards selling (which then resulted in us selling the house in a bidding war for more than we had hoped for with only one weekend of showing). In buying our house, she was very patient, showed us lots of options, and ultimately helped us get the house we plan to retire in for $100k less than asking. Maggie was a great agent for us - always available, constantly communicating to us so we knew what was happening, very high energy and personable, and an excellent negotiator. We have recommended her to multiple friends because we were willing to put our reputation with hers. Lastly - she also has some great contractors she can recommend.
