Stephen Ferrara co-founded The Hudson Advisory Team, a boutique luxury real estate firm in 2017. He leads one of the highest-grossing agent teams in the country and has successfully completed some of the most notable transactions in New York City.

Prior to real estate, Stephen worked in the hospitality industry, where he managed client experience in a first-class atmosphere. His unwavering dedication to his clients, coupled with over a decade working in New York City’s luxury real estate market, has made him one of the most respected brokers in the business. Stephen specializes in Downtown Manhattan, with a particular focus on bespoke properties in neighborhoods such as the West Village, Greenwich Village, TriBeCa, and Noho.
