About Stephen
Stephen has been part of the Queen Anne community since 1992. He studied Communications at Loyola Marymount University and sang with the Seattle Opera before becoming a real estate broker. Stephen has extensive experience in building new construction and remodeling, which means he can help you understand what improvements are possible and the realistic costs involved.

Stephen enjoys the education process of real estate and prides himself on sharing his expertise freely, helping to make you an expert. Stephen has been one of the top 10 in the Pacific Northwest for the last 25 years. He is committed to the real estate business and brings his long game.

Stephen plays an active role in several Seattle Charities including The Run of Hope, Dreams for Orphans, the Queen Anne Help Line, and the Queen Anne food bank. When Steve is not helping people buy and sell properties, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, singing with the St. Anne Choir, and playing with his cover band.

Stephen’s daughter is studying interior design in college and has been working with him on several building projects. He loves being part of the Queen Anne community and enjoys working with first-time buyers as well as those looking for an investment.
