Stephen Lorello

Having attended the University of Southern Maine (and growing up in Southern Maine), Stephen has lived in Boston Proper for the past 16 years and (simultaneously) Provincetown. Stephen has an extensive knowledge of the city and Outer Cape markets. With a savvy eye for interior design and renovation (currently working on his 13th personal project), his capabilities far exceed that of the every day agent. Stephen’s personal success in acquiring properties for renovation gives a keen eye to his buyer and seller clients in terms of seeing the diamond in the rough along with the ability to offer vast knowledge through personal experience.

Prior his real estate career, Stephen worked in Retail Merchandising and Operations. Stephen and his partner of 17 years have traveled to over 20 countries. Real Estate, design, and architecture have always been a strong passion and hobby for Stephen as he has designed all his prior projects. Stephen’s specialty ranges from small unique spaces where maximizing the floor plan is essential as well as sourcing scale appropriate furniture, to the renovation of a brownstone or luxury summer home/compound.

Whether Stephen is in Boston or at his second home in Provincetown with his partner, he has two sons who keep him busy attending the West End Racing Club and PAAM Youth Summer Program. Stephen’s 8- and 9-year-old sons attend a local Boston public school where Stephen and his partner Ric volunteer their time on various fundraisers and City Wide Council Board.
