Stephen Patton co-founded Gomez & Patton Real Estate, more than four decades ago during the early days of luxury condominiums come into the mainstream real estate marketplace. For over 40 years Stephen has never swayed from his professional ethos of giving his clients an incomparable brand of personalized service with unsurpassed integrity.

Stephen has over $1 billion in sales of San Francisco’s most well-located condominiums, cooperatives, and single-family homes. Stephen’s clients can rely on his time-tested expertise. His thorough and comprehensive analyses of residential real estate (Value Guides and Professional Opinion of Values) are considered the “gold standard” in the industry and are regularly accepted for their quality and accuracy by estate attorneys and government agencies.

Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Indiana and has since spent his entire adult life in San Francisco. He has maintained a strong sense of community throughout his decades in the City by selfless involvement in a number of critical neighborhood projects and entities that have endeared him to the local community. He is the past president of the Nob Hill Association and a past president of the Gramercy Towers Homeowners Association, where he proudly served with distinction. His steady and low-keyed determination has been a hallmark of his leadership style. Stephen currently lives on Nob Hill with his wife Lisa. Stephen and Lisa are avid theatergoers, and, although their favorite travel destinations are London and Honolulu, they also enjoy sea cruises to all corners of the world. Recently Stephen, along with his longtime associate, Stephen Gomez, joined forces with Ted Bartlett and Victoria Davis to form Compass, The Nob Hill Office. Under the Compass nationwide umbrella, they have created a coalition of like-minded professionals
