About Steve
Since 1991, Steve Agostino has brought clients his special expertise in making homes “ready for sale”. Steve sweats the details so you don’t have to! Whether it’s helping you pick just the right color for your door, performing an in-depth study of sales trends, or giving careful analysis of the forty or so pages that make up today’s sales contracts, Steve will manage all the details for you, ensuring the best results. A hands-on personality, he will be with you every step of the way. As a lover of his community and the outdoors, Steve volunteers with Friends of Lafayette Park, works with rescue dogs, and supports involvement in local environmental causes. Client Testimonials

★★★★★

We’ve known the Taylor Agostino Group for years, but it wasn’t until I bought and sold a home with Steve and JoJo that I realized how exceptional they truly are. They guided me through smart pre-sale updates, timed the market perfectly, and helped me navigate over 10 offers to sell for $240k above asking—all while finding the perfect next home for my family. Their patience, honesty, and integrity stood out at every step. Even after closing, they’ve continued to be a trusted resource. I hope I’ll be in my new home for many, many years to come, but if I ever need to make a move, Steve and JoJo will be the first people I call. It’s a no-brainer.

★★★★★

We just sold our home of 33 years with the superb expertise of Steve Agostino and his team. Every step of the way Steve was there for us, taking out the stress out of a difficult time. The stress came in unexpected waves: a slow spot in the market - Steve repositioned the marketing - we found an avid buyer but plumbing and floor joists failed inspection (90 years old house) - Steve found superb plumbers and carpenters to fix without delaying closing - then the closing! - Steve was there to explain and monitor the settlement agent. Lots of work for Steve and a reassuring process for us.
