Traci and Steve worked with us for close to a month in getting our home ready for showing. They made their recommendations for us and we accepted them all. Our home went on the market and we received and accepted a magnificent offer the next day. The offer was well above asking and included all the terms which were important to us, such as a long rent back period and no appraisal contingency. It was an easy decision to accept this offer.
