"It's a crazy seller's market out there, but by working with Steve we were able to get an offer accepted after just a month of looking. He is knowledgable, well-connected, friendly, and (important to me) low pressure. He made sure we had the info we needed, and were comfortable (as much as you can be in this market) with the offers we put in (only two, bc the second one was accepted); we always felt in control of the process.
