About Steve

Steve started his real estate career in 2000.  After 2.5 years of working under another real estate firm, he decided to open up his own brokerage in 2003.  Steve served as Co-Founder and CEO of CSR from 2003 until he sold to Compass Real Estate Services in December of 2019.  

 

A native of Silicon Valley and graduate of San Jose State University, Steve has deeply rooted ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.  Steve's experience over the last 20 years of managing hundreds of agents and handling thousands of transactions has given him the ability to better serve his clientele on all aspects of a Real Estate transaction. 

 

Steve prides himself with core principles: leadership, complex problem solving and results driven. 

 

Using his past experiences and successes to assist clients is something in which he takes great pride. Steve personifies the principles on which his company was founded: namely that a positive attitude and superior knowledge of the real estate industry fosters a winning atmosphere that makes his clients very satisfied.
