Steve Caniglia

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and bring over 21 years of experience to every client I serve. Over the course of my career, I’ve sold more than $300 million in real estate, consistently ranking among the top 10 real estate teams in the Valley according to the Arizona Business Journal. I’ve also been recognized by Phoenix Magazine as one of the Top 50 Realtors in Phoenix. Real estate runs in my blood—I was born and raised in a North Central Phoenix real estate family, and today I’m proud to call the area home with my wife, Carly, and our two sons, Leo and Bodie. Since 2012, we’ve lived in the Windsor Square Historic Neighborhood. My deep local roots stretch back to my school days at Crossroads Preschool, Madison Simis, and Madison Meadows, followed by Brophy College Prep, where I graduated in 1995. My family has a long legacy at Brophy—my dad Jerry graduated in 1958, my brothers Jerry Jr. and Mike in the ’80s, and now my son Leo will carry on the tradition as a member of the Class of 2029. Outside of real estate, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family at our house in Flagstaff. At home, our two dogs, Blazer and Blue, are always by our side. I’m known for my strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity—and for going above and beyond for every client. Many of my clients become lifelong friends, treated like family.
