Steve Ferraro

After serving in the United States Air Force, I transitioned into a Field Service Engineer role and later took on more and more people-oriented positions with various communications and computing firms. This journey led me to some exciting assignments in Europe and the Middle East.

My fascination with real estate began early, as I purchased my first house at the age of 19. In the mid-90s, I obtained my real estate license and expanded into mortgage lending, eventually incorporating as Ferraro Professional Services, Inc. Later, I transitioned into becoming a Lending Agent, assisting families in both finding and funding their next homes.

Joining the Be One Team was a perfect fit for me, allowing me to focus exclusively on the real estate side and collaborate with top-notch lending professionals as our partners. Nothing brings me greater joy and a true sense of success than guiding my clients through their next move, whether it's downsizing, relocating, or finding their dream home.

My wife Gina and I are proud to call beautiful Parker, Colorado home, where we love the family community and stunning surroundings.
