Over my career, I have had the opportunity to work in several different areas, including Retail Sales, Education, and High-Tech Sales and Management. This has provided me with a very diversified working experience that has been very helpful in my real estate career. In the last twenty years, I have developed a broad experience in real estate, including building spec homes, buying and selling commercial properties, investing in land, as well as the usual - helping my clients buy and sell their homes. From these experiences, I have created a whole set of business models that helps my clients make the right decisions with regard to both buying and selling real estate. To sum up my business philosophy, I provide my clients with the information to make the best decision for their needs.
