Steve Jordan with Realty Austin helped me with the recent purchase of my home in Schertz, Texas. I can honestly say that Steve was just what the doctor ordered. I had met Steve one time several months earlier through different circles and told him I was in the process of selling my home. I mentioned that I had not been happy with the realtor I hired to sell the house. He told me he was a realtor and gave me his card and said he could help me find a home when I was ready to start looking. I told Steve that I was going to be looking in a 75-mile radius around Austin that included Temple, Bastrop, San Antonio, and West into the hill country. I also told him that I was on a tight budget and I was looking for a cash purchase. He said that he would be willing to help me search for a house anywhere in Central Texas! Once my home had finally sold I decided to give Steve a call. It had been several months and I only met him one time but I thought I would just see if he was really willing to help me find a house. Not only did he indicate that he was still interested in helping me but that he could help me right away. Shortly after the phone call, I started receiving emails of home listings in all of the areas that I mentioned to him. And it was clear that he had listened because the houses were in the price range, locations and in the specifications that I had discussed with him. He drove me to Bastrop I believe the next day and I found a house that I thought I was interested in purchasing. He immediately helped me put an offer on the house and once it had been accepted he scheduled inspections and sent me notification of the time of the inspection etc. I could not believe it! I felt like I was being given concierge treatment! I was not accustomed to being treated so well after my experience with my previous realtor. Thanks to a good home inspection I decided against purchasing that home in Bastrop. I turned my attention to the San Antonio metro area. Steve immediately sent me home listings to review and we went to San Antonio! None of the four homes we looked at in San Antonio that day Felt right to me. I realized that if I wanted to find a house I was going to have to find one that was just being put on the market so the next morning I looked at the listings Steve sent right away. I saw one in Schertz that caught my eye and I texted Steve. 2 hours later Steve met me at the house in Schertz. I liked it right away and knew that was the house for me. By the afternoon Steve submitted my offer on the house. Because of his ability to connect with the selling agent, he was able to gather that there had been eight offers on the house that day! And because of his continued positive relationship with the selling agent, he was able to help me make an offer that would put me at the top of the list. Sure enough, my offer was accepted! Steve Jordan is someone who does exactly what he says he will do. He never one time told me how good he is but I saw that for myself. He offered his opinion when I asked him to and I did often. He always has made me feel like I was important and that I had good ideas. Even when my ideas were off base he would gently offer his opinion and lead me to the right conclusion without telling me I was wrong. Steve Jordan with Realty Austin is outstanding at what he does and I will sing his praises to anyone who might be buying or selling a home! Thank goodness for Steve Jordan!!! He made me realize that good customer service does still exist!

Steve Jordan is AMAZING! He handled every aspect of the listing with skill, calm, good humor, and professionalism. He staged the home, and it never looked better. He even moved out some of my furniture to be donated. He scheduled beautiful photography that made me want to keep the home instead of selling it. He managed every aspect with aplomb, including connecting the buyer to a lender. He was in touch with me every step of the process and communicated clearly (sometimes having to hold my hand through the various ups and downs of selling a home). He even helped me drive the moving truck to my new home. That's a full-service realtor!! He truly cares and gives 100%. Thank you, Steve, for making this process so seamless and smooth. He's the BEST!!

He was always available to talk and answer questions and kept us informed of the current status and process. Even during the big freeze when everyone was being impacted, he took the time to check on us and offered assistance if we needed it. Steve's service level was a 10+, 5-star rating. We have referred a number of friends and former neighbors to Steve. Also, to include Realty Austin's staff and support group, they were fantastic to work with. Anastasia specifically was amazing.
