Steve Larson

Steve Larson has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1978 and has a reputation for excellence among his peers and clients. His career began by owning and operating a property management company in Sausalito called TLC, which managed properties throughout Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma for 100`s of absentee clients.

While running TLC, Steve wrote a software program which was the first PC interface to the Credit Bureaus for checking credit which launched an additional career in software. He sold this business in the year 2000 and returned full time to Real Estate sales.

Steve graduated from the University of Illinois after which he served as an officer in the US Navy during the Viet Nam War. He moved to California and became the Manager of Terminal Operations for Flying Tiger Line at SFO. Steve is a Notary Public and designated an e-PRO by the National Association of Realtors, demonstrating his ability to optimize the use of the internet in Real Estate. He earned Bronze, Silver and Gold sales awards at Frank Howard Allen which was acquired by Coldwell Banker who designated Steve part of their International President`s circle.  Steve joined Paragon Real Estate Group when they expanded to Marin in 2014 which was acquired by Compass in 2018. 

Steve has owned and managed both residential and commercial properties in San Francisco and Marin since 1973 giving him extensive experience navigating the ever-changing Real Estate market. He has great attention to detail, is a skillful negotiator and takes pride in representing his principals in a productive and profitable agency relationship. Steve will listen carefully to your Real Estate goals and objectives and use his life experiences and business background to help you accomplish them.

Steve and his wife, Kate, live in San Rafael and have two grown children and a perfect little granddaughter named Betty.
