Steve Miller

The Nashville Home Guys are headed up by Steve Miller, who brings to bear his 40
years of sales and marketing experience on your Real Estate transaction. Steve spent
33 years in the music business working with likes of the Police, Whitney Houston,
Alabama, U2, Dolly Parton and many more over his long career. Upon moving to
Nashville, Steve was a principal in the creation of the careers of Billy Ray Cyrus, Shania
Twain, Toby Keith, Sammy Kershaw, and others. He’s brought that same desire to
accomplish his client/s real estate dreams as he did for the artists he’s worked with.

Now for the past 25 years he hss been bringing his expertise and people skills to the
real estate business. Steve has been a founder and president of an independent
Nashville realty company with an annual sales volume of $150,000,000, as well, as,
being personally responsible for over $100,000,000 in Real Estate sales. While, owning
a Real Estate firm was an exciting challenge, the day- to- day management left Steve
missing the “in the trenches” action of making people’s dreams come true.

He says, “The company was doing great, but I was caught up in too many management
details and didn’t have time to pursue my passion for helping people find the best home
possible for themselves.” So, Steve sold his interest in the company and joined Forest
Hills Realtors and started the Nashville Home Guys. Steve goes on to state, “It was by
far the best decision I’ve made in my Real Estate career because it put me back in
touch with what I really care about, and that’s my clients and their dreams.” Now with
