About Steve
Steve Quattrone brings to Compass a wealth of sales, marketing and management experience, as a Silicon Valley Entrepreneur. He founded a semiconductor brokerage company which supplied computer manufacturers with critical components. His Company manufactured and distributed computer memory and related upgrades, marketed both here and abroad. As an exclusive supplier to Apple Computer s domestic locations, his Company grew into creating and maintaining a substantial memory upgrade e-commerce operation.
Steve served in the Marine Corp then attended the State University of New York at Albany, majoring in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. After college, Steve joined Burroughs Corporation selling mainframe computer systems to Fortune 500 Companies in the Bay Area. Several years later he joined Intel Corporation as a Product Manager for the 386 microprocessor, playing a key roll in planning, developing and launching their successful product line.
As the market for computer related products consolidated it became clear redirecting his energies back to the real estate industry, which he had begun in 1986, was his best decision. Choosing a top company that shared his values for quality, high ethical standards, superior service and technical sophistication he joined Compass.
Steve has successfully represented both real estate buyers and sellers in a professional manner and serviced his clients with their best interest at heart throughout his business career. As a homeowner and 26-year resident of Menlo Park with an extensive knowledge of the area, he provides a unique ability to meet his clients needs effectively in a highly competitive real estate market.
