Steve Sandifer

Steve Sandifer, BA, brings 34 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. Steve has been a full-time real estate broker for over 22 years and earned an employing broker license in 2010. He has multiple advanced degrees for residential and investment property.

He manages all the transactions for the team, and is an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers, applying his tenacious ability to manage details, with his great communications skills while working with buyers, sellers, and other agents. Steve has extensive experience also in the use of sophisticated software solutions for transaction management and scheduling.

Steve, and his wife Helmi, have two daughters. As a family they enjoy hiking, skiing, golf and travel. Additionally, Steve has a passion for live music, sporting events and is striving to improve as a fly fisherman. We believe in giving back and support numerous causes such as early childhood education, animal rescues, veteran support, arts, housing, mental health and medical research.
